For the first time POLYTE CEMC Engineering GmbH exhibits at the
Composite-Show JEC in Paris.

POLYTEC EMC is presenting a compact dispensing machine for
epoxy resins for the production of composite parts.

As one of the most important exhibitions withing the Polyurethane business
the UTECH is a fixed part in the exhibtions calendar of
the POLYTEC EMC Engineering GmbH.

The highlight on our stand will be a 3-component dispensing machine type DG-200.

The presented machine has fully automatic control and continuous
mass-flow-control by Siemens Coriolis.

Further features are e.g.:
- Continuous level sensor
- Colour- and additive dosing units
- Degassing system and automatic refilling by vacuum pump

Since the successful presentation of the DG-150 serie in 2009 about 20 machines of this
serie have been delivered all over the world.

Due to several request for a smaller version of this machine, our technicians developed
the new DG-130 serie.

The DG-130 serie is equipped with tankvolumes of max. 100 ltr. and max. output
of 6 kg/min. and therefor the best machine for small up to mid-size production volumes.

On the DG-130 serie are the same options available as already known from the DG-150 serie,
e.g. vacuum system, colour dosing and optional 3rd component modul.

The first presentation took place at the PUTECH in India, with a highly positive feedback.

Compared to similar machines from other companies, visitors were convinced by the
good manufacturing and the good cost-performance ratio of our machine.

Due to the flexible design for 2- or 3-component systems like MDI/TDI/Mboca,
we see a high potential in this machine especially on eastern Europe and asian market.
